About the Role
ThousandEyes is experiencing fast growth and has a need to scale. We are looking for a seasoned Sales Operations Developer, reporting to the newly hired VP Sales Operations.
We are building up our sales team, and building out our Sales Operations team. We have a Salesforce.com Administrator, but want more help with the heavier technical side - our ideal candidate will be the technical lead/owner of integrations to our Salesforce.com instance. This person should be able to properly survey business needs, perform detailed assessments and evaluations of various options, and implement successfully. Examples would range between putting in a new QTC process and tools, to cleaning up our workflows (e.g. leads), to anything and everything in between. The ideal candidate will understand sales process and what’s required to scale a sales team in a rapidly growing environment.
To be clear, we are not looking for someone to simply develop based on a pre-set criteria or direction, but rather someone with initiative to help design a more complete process addressing the Sales Operations and Sales team.
