Office Manager

ThousandEyes is a rapidly growing company based in San Francisco, California. We’re looking for an organized, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable office manager to take the lead in our London office. You’ll be the UK extension of our Office Operations team and the behind-the-scenes power that keeps our office running smoothly.

Keeping everyone happy and productive all day, every day is an important role here at ThousandEyes. You’ll be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our office space, as well as supporting the fun (and very important) aspects of our company culture. We’re looking for someone that is a resourceful, proactive, and up for a challenge. Our office manager is the go-to person for employees and guests alike, so we need someone that is a great communicator and understands the value of customer service. Our London office is a new space, so experience opening and scaling offices is a big plus. Our office manager also needs to be resourceful and experienced enough to act as the IT support staff when our team needs help with hardware or software.


Our ideal candidate has a BA/BS degree and 2+ years of previous experience in an office management role. This role will report to the Operations Manager and will work as part of the Office Operations team.



  • Play a large role in office moves and facility adjustments
  • Order furniture and equipment to support a growing team
  • Manage weekly inventory of kitchen/office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Work with building management to keep our office space in good working order
  • Organize and tidy common areas on a regular basis
  • Act as IT help desk for our UK based team



  • Keep the kitchen stocked with snacks, drinks, and coffee
  • Act as primary point of contact for our breakfast, lunch, and snack vendors
  • Coordinate delivery of breakfast and lunch five days per week
  • Tidy the kitchen daily and keep the coffee makers in good working order



  • Greet guests and visitors
  • Distribute mail throughout office
  • Assist interview candidates with scheduling and arrival logistics


Office Operations Team

  • Organize regular team events such as summer picnics and holiday parties
  • Organize quarterly department meetings and dinners for the UK-based sales team
  • Organize monthly birthday parties and happy hours for the UK team
  • Submit monthly spending reports and assist with account reconciliation
  • Assist Operations Manager with our annual kickoff in San Francisco
